Late posting this week. Sorry.
Well, week 3 on Nutrisystem…tough week. I had a lot of things going on this week. I stuck to the program for the most part. Unfortunately, I haven’t lost anything. But on the bright side it’s better than gaining!
I am going food shopping tomorrow for my fruits and veggies. I am going to incorporate them the best way possible to give this weight loss a kick in the pants! I think that’s what my problem is. I am eating the NS food, but not really eating enough of my fruits and veggies that you are supposed to add in.
Week 4 I am going to focus more on all aspects of the program. I am going to do My Daily 3 for exercise. It has been so hot that I haven’t gotten out to walk. I’m afraid to do it in 100 degree weather. I’m afraid I’ll faint! lol. So I am going to be focusing on doing things for 10 minutes 3 times a day to get My Daily 3.
Next week is week 4, which means a video! Keep an eye out.
