So, I was on the Nutrisystem Blogger program, but unfortunately, I had a lot of things going on and wasn’t able to continue with the program. I lost a few pounds on it.
I am trying to get settled and back to “normal” so I’ve decided to get my butt in gear again. On Friday, I signed up for Weight Watchers. I have done it before, and did lose, but never stayed on it for more than a few weeks. I am a vegetarian. You would think I eat healthy, but I am addicted to carbs. And cheese. And sugar.
I hope that writing this will give me extra incentive to keep it up, since I’m putting it on the internet for the world to see.
I hope to post my progress, my triumphs, my fears, my set-backs, my pics, and anything else that will help me, and may help others along the way.
