After thinking about it, I wondered whether or not it was a good idea to join Weight Watchers a week before thanksgiving. I am a vegetarian and don’t eat turkey, but I am a lover of anything sugar and carbs. I wondered if I could hang in there.
Well, I did! I lost 1.4! pounds this week!
I have done Weight Watchers before, and usually by now I’m ready to give up. But I don’t feel like that this time. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t lose more. But, then I give myself some positive self-talk and realize it’s ok. I lost…who cares if it wasn’t a huge amount. It was still a loss! And during Thanksgiving week nonetheless! So, yay for me! And yay for any of you who have lost this week.
