So, yesterday I went to get weighed in. To be honest, I wasn’t looking forward to it. I got a bit off track. I didn’t eat “bad”, I just didn’t track. I thought I actually gained weight. To my surprise, I lost 1.8lbs! YAY!! I’m down a total of 3.2lbs. This week I am going to focus on keeping track of EVERYTHING I eat, making sure to drink enough water everyday, and get away from the things in my life that cause me stress. Some things you can’t get away from, so, I will need to learn how to deal with those things better and not let them get to me. Because to me stress = eating!
I am excited about the implementation of Weight Watchers 360. I don’t know much about it, but I hear it focuses on behavior. Behavior, I believe, is the key to weight loss. You can tell me what to do and how to do it, heck I already know what to do and how to do it, but if I don’t modify my behavior I will never change myself. So, I am excited to see what the new changes are.
