Does Nutrisystem work?
I wanted to try Nutrisystem because I have heard people talk about losing weight on the program. But I wondered if it would work. Keep reading to find out.
About my first week.
Week 1 wasn’t as much as a struggle as I had anticipated. There were times where it was a bit tough, but I didn’t give in. However, later in the week, I had a piece (or 2) of my Aunt’s homemade banana bread.
Week 1 was the Turbo Takeoff. Since it was like a diet boot camp, I wasn’t allowed to eat certain food like fruit, but, I took it day by day. (Sometimes hour by hour!) Week 2 was much better. I had more of a variety of foods to add to my meals.
So far, I’m happy with my experience with Nutrisystem. It was hard getting used to the portions being small. But what makes it easier is getting to eat every 2-3 hours, drinking 64oz of water a day, and adding lots of non-starchy veggies to my meals.
So does it work? Let’s let the scale decide! Here’s this week’s weigh in: 278.7 lbs (Last week 287.4 lbs)
I’m down 8.7 lbs this week! Here’s my week 2 pic. It doesn’t really look any different from week 1.

What will it do for me?
What effect will it have on my body, my weight, and/or my health?
How will I feel after I eat it?
Will I feel energized and healthy or sluggish and guilty?
