The biggest skin issue I seem to be facing in my 30’s is dry skin. My face and my body are both always really dry. One thing I find interesting is that it doesn’t seem to matter whether or not I’m drinking enough water. So, what’s a girl to do? The only thing you can do. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!
Sometimes, it’s easy to just wash your face in the morning and go about your busy day. And that’s probably one of my biggest problems. I don’t think about moisturizing my skin until it’s dry and itchy. I’m a mom, so unfortunately, taking care of myself sometimes falls by the wayside. So, I had an idea. I designed a printable to help you with your skin care regimen. It’s a weekly checklist so it’s an easy way to get your skin care routine back in order.

Print a new one out each week and tape it to the inside of your medicine cabinet to easily keep track of your morning and evening skin care routines.
Ceramides help repair the skin barrier. Did you know that skin naturally contains ceramides? I didn’t know! Over time, ceramides become depleted, leading to dry and irritated skin. I learned that CeraVe products help replenish the vital ceramides that healthy skin needs. Only CeraVe delivers ceramides through a patented, controlled-release technology that penetrates the skin’s surface, to help rebuild the skin’s protective barrier and lock in moisture all day. So, this is perfect for my dry skin and my bad memory!
I went to Walmart and picked up a few CeraVe products. And I’m so glad I did! CeraVe products are non-irritating and fragrance-free. Most are also non-comedogenic. Also, CeraVe advanced skin care products do more than just moisturize the skin’s surface. Here’s a little info on some of their products.
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream: Moisturizes and helps restore the protective skin barrier, with vital ceramides.
CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser: Removes dirt, oil and makeup as ceramides and hyaluronic acid moisturize, soften, and help repair the skin barrier.
CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser: Removes dirt, oil and makeup while replenishing skin with ceramides.
CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion: Moisturizes and provides broad spectrum sun protection·
CeraVe Sunscreen Face Lotion SPF 50: Provides broad spectrum, lightweight sun protection plus vital ceramides.

Skin Care Tips:
Here are a few skin care tips to keep your skin hydrated and healthy!
- When using a towel, pat skin dry..Don’t rub!
- Change your pillowcase at least once per week to prevent hair oil from clogging your pores
- Remove makeup every night
- Wear sunscreen every day (It’s good to get a separate sunscreen for your face like CeraVe Sunscreen Face Lotion SPF 50 that is lightweight and won’t clog pores.)
- Don’t scrub hard when exfoliating. Use a gentle circular motion to help the granules glide over your skin
