Disclosure: I received a Power Air Fryer XL to facilitate my post. All opinions are mine.
I’ve been hearing about air fryers for a little while now. Honestly, I was a little skeptical. Can something that is supposed to be fried in oil taste just as good when it’s fried in “air”? I guess we shall see.
In my first test, I cut strips of pork and coated in egg wash and breadcrumbs. I fried them in the air fryer. The consensus…the fam said that they were delicious.
The next time I broke out the Power Air Fryer XL , I tried frozen pierogi. That was a fail. They turned out too hard. But, alas, I didn’t give up.
Stay tuned for my next recipe. Air Fryer Broccoli Bites. They were delicious!
So, all in all I give the Power Air Fryer XL two thumbs up. It’s something I would use throughout the year and is great during the summer months when you don’t want the stove to heat up your house/apartment.
