Hey guys, been very behind lately. This week I am going to be updating my past Nutrisystem weeks that I didn’t get to do, videos as well.
Weeks 4 and 5:
I lost 1 pound week 4 and gained 1 in week 5. I am starting to get off program. Sometimes things get hard and I need a kick in the butt!
Summer is tough because we’re running around a lot. We bring food with us, however, it’s been a challenge for me because I can’t just slap a sandwich together. I have to try to think of ways I can bring healthy food and incorporate my Nutrisystem food around my busy days. One thing I can do is, for lunch, bring a salad and a lunch bar. That way I am getting a little something “sweet” as well with the lunch bars.
