These nails are so simple. You can change each nail however you like! There’s no set way to do them, just be artistic. Make lines, dots, shapes, or whatever comes to your mind. The pics show how I made my easy orange and green Halloween nails. These are great for little girls, or a whimsical way to wear your nails to celebrate Halloween. Have fun!
What you need:
Sinful Colors “Feel the Vibe” Orange nail polish
Sinful Colors “Curry Up” Green nail Polish
Sinful Colors “Happy Ending” Green nail polish
White and Black Nail art polishes (or white and black nail polish with a small paint brush.)
Here’s what was done on the nails in the pics:
Paint a base coat and let dry. Paint every nail but the middle finger two coats of the darker green “Happy Ending” color. Paint the middle finger two coats of the “Curry Up” lighter green color. Let dry between each coat.
Thumb: Using the dotting tool, make an orange dot in the middle and 6 more in a circle shape around it. Then, using the lighter green, make dots in between the outer orange dots, and a smaller one in the middle of the center orange dot. Use black to make 4 dots around the center orange dot.
Pointer: “Pumpkin” Paint an orange circle and let dry. Paint a second coat, if necessary. At the top, make a small rectangle with the light green for the pumpkin’s stem. Outline the pumpkin and color around it with the black.
Middle: Make a thick stripe of orange on an angle at the tip of the nail. When it dries, make a stripe of black where the orange meets the green.
Ring: Paint a stripe of orange at the tip. When that dries, paint a stripe of lighter green below that. Once that dries, make a stripe of white at the top and bottom of the light green stripe. Use the dotting tool to make black dots above and below the white stripes.
Pinky: Using the orange polish, paint half of the nail orange. Once dried, make a stripe of white in the middle where the orange and green meet. Let that dry then make black dots on top of the white stripe.
Once nails are dry, add a coat of clear nail polish.
