1. Infuse it
Infuse your water with fruits like lemons, limes, and oranges. Mix it up. Try some lemon with basil, or cucumber with mint. You can purchase special cups and pitchers that have a spot or insert where you put fruits, veggies, and herbs. Check out this Cucumber Melon Water. It’s crisp and refreshing!
2. Ice, Ice, Baby
Mmmm…Ice cold water. Especially when you’re hot or after you just worked out, a nice tall glass of water filled with ice is refreshing and delicious. I am more prone to drink water when it’s really cold.
3. You fancy, huh?
Pour your H2O in a wine glass or another type of cute and fancy glass. Does it make it taste better? No, but it may make you want to drink it more.
4. Sip it up
Grab a straw and sip, sip, sip. Sipping your water through a straw may make you drink more. I’ve noticed that when I have a straw in my cup I refill it more often.
Use warm/hot water and squeeze a lemon. Some people swear by this drink and it’s the first thing they drink in the morning to rev up metabolism.
Here’s to your health!
